A 47-year-old man is facing serious criminal charges after newly filed court records, reviewed by Bounce Feed, allege he beat and threatened to kill a terminally ill woman during an attack in Sharonville, Ohio.
What the Charges Allege
According to a police affidavit obtained by Bounce Feed, Kenneth Forrester “knowingly caused serious physical harm to a terminally ill victim by using a chair as a weapon.” Investigators say Forrester used the chair on the woman in addition to punching and kicking her during the assault.
The attack left the victim with a broken nose, a large mass on her head, and lacerations, according to the criminal complaint reviewed by Bounce Feed. At least one witness was present and saw the alleged attack, investigators said.
Forrester is also accused of threatening to kill the woman during the incident. Police described the victim as terminally ill in the felonious assault complaint.
Charges and Custody
Forrester has been charged with felonious assault, assault, and aggravated menacing. He is being held without bond at the Hamilton County Justice Center as the case proceeds.
Court records show he made his first appearance in the case Tuesday morning, September 8, 2026, at 9 a.m.
