San Jose Police Arrest 47-Year-Old Woman Identified Online as Lindsay Jackson After Viral Video Accusing Dad of Trafficking His Own Daughter

San Jose police have arrested a 47-year-old woman identified as Lindsay Jackson on multiple charges, including stalking and hate crimes, after a viral TikTok video showed her accusing a man of sex-trafficking his 6-year-old daughter during a confrontation in the Almaden neighborhood. A follow-up investigation by content creator Michael McWhorter alleges a broader pattern of similar incidents targeting other residents.

A Sunday morning walk to the park in one of San Jose’s quietest neighborhoods turned into a viral nightmare — and now, an arrest.

San Jose police have confirmed they arrested a 47-year-old woman on multiple charges, including stalking and hate crimes, after a TikTok that exploded this week showed her leaning into a father’s car and accusing him of sex-trafficking his own 6-year-old daughter.

Police have not publicly named the woman. Online, she has been identified as Lindsay Jackson of San Jose.

“Doesn’t Look Like It’s Your Child”

The confrontation happened Sunday morning, September 6, on Aspen Creek in Almaden, the upscale neighborhood in south San Jose.

The father was parked with his daughter near a small park when the woman approached them. He started recording after she began questioning him.

In the video, she says:

“I’m recording you too. I work with the feds. Have a good day. I’m just — I’m making sure that you’re not sex-trafficking this poor little girl, who’s very unhappy to be with you. It doesn’t look like it’s your child.”

She continues: “That’s a white little girl, and you’re a man of color, so I believe you’re either buying or selling or trafficking this child.”

The father, who describes himself as Brown and says his daughter is half-white, says she had already asked him before he hit record whether he was “buying or selling” the child and whether he was “legal” in this country.

The clip was posted by Michael McWhorter, known as TizzyEnt — the Florida filmmaker behind the Discovery series How to Catch a Dirtbag who uses his platform of over 11 million followers to identify people caught on camera in racist or harassing incidents.

The Arrest Is Bigger Than One Video

On Thursday, San Jose police said the arrest was for more than one incident.

According to police, on September 6 the woman approached the two victims while driving and made “discriminatory remarks” toward them. Officers responded to a report of a suspicious circumstance and hate incident, took a report, and opened an investigation that is still active.

The department confirmed the woman was booked on multiple crimes, but has not released her name, mugshot, or court date.

The Follow-Up That Changed Everything

What turned a one-time viral clip into a neighborhood-wide story was TizzyEnt’s 3-minute UPDATE video posted this week.

McWhorter said that after his first post, his inbox was flooded by other Almaden residents who said the same woman had targeted them.

In the update, he walks through a series of X posts from an account linked to the woman, @LindsayJack4TW. Bounce Nation has not independently verified the ownership of the account, and the posts are described here as they were shown in the update video.

According to that update, the posts allegedly include:

1. Doxxing the father: A photo of a blue Honda Fit captioned as a trafficking vehicle used in “Valencia, CA.” McWhorter adds on-screen text: “IT IS NOT HIS VEHICLE BTW.”

2. Filming strangers in stores: At Ross and TJ Maxx in Almaden, filming shoppers and accusing them of child exploitation.

3. At the Almaden Branch Library: Filming an older Asian woman and claiming she was sending signals to others watching from windows. In another post from the children’s section, she claimed she made “a young Jewish woman very nervous” who was with two toddlers.

4. At a daycare/preschool: A post claiming “I GOT FACIAL RECOGNITION ON EVERY CHILD BEING TRAFFICKED THRU THE DAYCARE/PRESCHOOL” and “GOT THE ‘TEACHERS’ TOO.” The posts allegedly included photos of children and artwork.

5. At local schools: Claims about Leland High School’s girls’ locker room and Almaden Country School, where she posted photos of herself and her young son near a children’s party, calling it an investigation.

The video also shows posts where she discusses her own custody case, mentioning a judge who gave her ex-husband full custody and gave her 4 hours of supervised visits.

Bounce Feed has also learned that the same family reported her missing for a time back in 2022, when a relative said she was experiencing “significant mental health issues.”

What Happens Now

In his update, McWhorter says libraries, schools, and daycares referenced in the posts have been notified, have reached out to law enforcement, and have started filing reports and issuing bans. He also notes the X account in question was temporarily suspended after a posting spree.

He urged anyone who believes they were harassed, stalked, or had their home or vehicle posted online to file a police report to help investigators establish a pattern.

Why People Can’t Stop Watching

This story hits two nerves at once. First, the painful reality of racial profiling — a father being told his daughter can’t be his because she is white-presenting and he is not. Second, the dangerous rise of untrained “trafficking hunters” who film children and families based on a hunch and post them online.

Neighbors who live on Aspen Creek say they were stunned.

“Making an accusation based on race alone is, like, not really right. That’s not something we should support,” one resident said. “I didn’t really think that sort of stuff could happen here.”

Another woman who lives on the street said even if the woman has mental health challenges, the father and daughter were harassed.

San Jose police say the investigation remains active and additional details may be released.
